We follow the traditional Campanian technique of high hydration, long fermentation, characteristic dimpling, and traditional herb toppings.
Ingredients: Italian unbleached double zero flour, water, organic extra virgin olive oil, yeast, rosemary, sea salt.
Allergens: wheat.
Storage: for the first 24 hours, we recommend storing at room temperature in the paper bag we provide you. Afterwards, transfer any leftovers to the freezer, and toast/microwave to your liking!
